North Korean leader Kim Jong Un reviewed plans for a possible missile strike near the U.S. territory of Guam, according to a new statement from the state-run media agency KCNA. He said he wants to continue to watch the U.S. before making a decision on the strike, which would land four missiles off the coast of Guam.

North Korean military officials announced last week that they would be ready to strike near Guam by mid-August. That announcement came during an ongoing war of words between North Korea and President Donald Trump.

The KCNA statement comes the same day that Secretary of Defense James Mattis issued a strong warning to North Korea.
