Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton broke her toe after falling down the stairs while holding a cup of coffee.

Clinton appeared on The Graham Norton Show in Britain on Monday wearing an air cast and using crutches.

“I was running down the stairs in heels with a cup of coffee in hand, I was talking over my shoulder and my heel caught and I fell backwards,” Clinton said according to the Daily Mail.

“I tried to get up and it really hurt. I’ve broken my toe.”

The Daily Mail reported that Clinton went to the doctor for an x-ray.

“I’ve received excellent care from your excellent health service,” said Clinton, who lost her bid for the U.S. presidency to Donald Trump in 2016.

On Monday, Trump tweeted about Clinton, saying he hopes she runs against him in 2020.

This isn’t the first time the former First Lady has taken a tumble. During a memorial service on the anniversary of 9/11 in 2016, Clinton fainted and collapsed.

And in December 2012, Clinton fell at her home in Chappaqua and suffered a concussion. She was later diagnosed with a clot in a vein behind her right ear and fueled speculation that she had a stroke.

“In the course of a routine follow-up MRI on Sunday, the scan revealed that a right transverse sinus venous thrombosis had formed. This is a clot in the vein that is situated in the space between the brain and the skull behind the right ear. It did not result in a stroke, or neurological damage,” her doctors, Dr. Lisa Bardack, Mt. Kisco Medical Group, and Dr. Gigi El-Bayoumi, George Washington University, said in a statement at the time.

“To help dissolve this clot, her medical team began treating the Secretary with blood thinners. She will be released once the medication dose has been established. In all other aspects of her recovery, the Secretary is making excellent progress and we are confident she will make a full recovery. She is in good spirits, engaging with her doctors, her family, and her staff,” her doctors said.

Clinton is currently on a book tour promoting her new book on the 2016 election, “What Happened.”
