A black American woman threw a tantrum at a gas station over being charged 20 cents for a cup of water.
In this emerging viral YouTube video shared by the gas station clerks, a woman starts to go on a tirade after finding out that things aren’t free despite her slave ancestors’ being the ones who helped install the municipal water pipes.
The gas station clerks, who also happen to be black, tell her she’s being irrational.
The woman counters by upping her ancestry even more: Her grandmother was a slave and died recently at the ripe age of 104.
Slavery was outlawed in the United States in 1865. At 104, her grandmother would have been born in 1910, 45 years after slavery was abolished.
