Top-ranked Kentucky opens the regular season Friday night when the Wildcats host Grand Canyon at Rupp Arena. The Cats, coming off an appearance in the national championship game that ended with a loss to UConn, are hoping to go a step further this year and are well-positioned to do just that, with the Harrison twins anchoring a roster that also includes the country’s best recruiting class.

Tipoff in the opener is set for 8 p.m. Eastern time, with TV coverage on the SEC Network.
