In the first meeting this season between Duke and Syracuse, Blue Devils center Jahlil Okafor did what he’s done all year – dominate.

After struggling in the first half, the 6-foot-11 freshman hit all 7 of his shots in the final 20 minutes and finished with 23 points and 13 rebounds in a 80-72 Duke victory at the Carrier Dome.

The teams tangle again Saturday at Duke’s Cameron Indoor Stadium. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. Eastern on ESPN.

The Blue Devils (25-3, 12-3 ACC) have won 8 straight games, while the Orange (18-10, 9-6 ACC) have alternated wins and losses in their past 8.

Sean McDonough is on play-by-play and will be joined by color commentator Dick Vitale. Allison Williams is the courtside reporter.
