Justin Rose was in the last pairing of Sunday’s final round of the Masters with eventual winner Jordan Spieth. With the 2013 U.S. Open under his belt, Rose knows what it feels like to win a major championship.
I’m sure the 34-year-old would like to add a green jacket to his small, yet prestigious, collection, one day.
And it goes without saying his wife wants that as well.
The former Kate Phillips and Rose have been together for over 15 years, married for a little over half of them.
Here’s what you need to know about Kate:
1. Kate Worked With Justin’s Agent at IMG

Kate and Justin mixed business with pleasure in the early 2000s.
While they were dating, she began working as an assistant at IMG, the firm that represented Justin.
It worked out well, as Kate traveled to all the tournaments Justin played in.
2. She Was Born in the U.K.

Kate, 34, was born in the United Kingdom and attended school there, going to Godolphin and Latymer Upper School for Girls as a child.
She then went on to the University of Sussex.
3. Kate Is a Former Gymnast

Justin isn’t the only athletic one in the marriage. Kate was a former international gymnast before Justin came knocking.
She was highly-touted and was considered to be one of England’s future stars in the sport.
But Kate retired from her gymnastics career in the early 2000s, just before taking the job at IMG.

4. Kate Is Heavily Involved With Their Charitable Foundation

She is very involved with the Kate & Justin Rose Foundation, which aims to help disadvantaged children and their families.
The foundation provides food, education and life experiences for those in need.

5. She & Justin Have Been Married Since 2006

Justin and Kate married in December 2006 and have two children: a son Leo, 6, and a daughter Lottie, 3.
The family has a home in Orlando, Florida, and a flat outside of London.
