America is about to get to know Emmanuel Mudiay, who was originally born in the Congo but moved to Dallas early on in his childhood. The guard spent last season playing in China but SLAM Magazine just released the above Foot Locker commercials. The ads jokingly take a look at the differences of his life before the draft and life after he is an NBA player.
Mudiay originally committed to play college basketball at SMU, but later opted to play professionally for a year in China. In Heavy’s most recent mock draft, he is projected to go #6 to the Sacramento Kings.
These commercials are sure to be a hit and feature Mudiay sporting Under Armour gear. The company is looking to capitalize on its recent success of NBA Champion Steph Curry. Under Armour hopes they have another winner with Emmanuel Mudiay.
