Lionel Messi is two matches away from checking off another accomplishment from his legendary career.
Both teams advanced to this match behind penalty shootout victories. Argentina edged Colombia while Paraguay rallied in regulation before watching Brazil crumble under the pressure of penalties. Argentina has lost just twice in the last 19 meetings between the two nations.
