After the dust of the trade deadline has settled, rosters are locked for the autumn run. There were not one but two last-minute deals, as David Price was shipped up north to Toronto, and the Mets got their slugger in Yoenis Cespedes.

With ten games in action, there’s a wide variety of arms for your squad. Kluber is the most expensive, but there’s options at all price levels. Cheaper arm means bigger bats, and can help differentiate your score from other teams in your contest.

On to the lineup:

Today’s Pitchers: Kluber & Fister

Corey Kluber has struck out ten or more batters six times this season (Getty).

Kluber is worth the buy because of strikeouts, of which Kluber has 172 (4th in ML) this season. The Indians ace is coming off one of his best starts of the year, when he went the distance and dismantled the AL champions Royals. Being on the Indians makes it tough for Kluber to get wins, but if he can strike out double digits it still means huge points for your lineup.

Fister is the cheaper option, and he gets the start at home tonight vs. Arizona. Fister hasn’t been great consistently, but has been better at home and is worth the risk as Arizona makes the cross country trip. Arizona is ranked 26th in the majors with just 11 homers after the All-Star break.

Featured Hitters: Harper & Gordon

Harper carries a heavy price tag, but his power is worth it. Arizona starter Zach Godley has only made two ML starts, and should get his first taste of Harper tonight. Expect big things, as Harper and the Nats return fresh from a ten-game road trip. Harper hits better at home, knocking 16 of his 29 homers in Nationals Park.

Dee Gordon is another good start against Bartolo Colon tonight. Colon has struggled in his previous starts, and Gordon has been struggling since returning from injury. Look for Gordon to get back on track tonight, and maybe snag a few bags in the process.

Turn $3 into $800 with DraftKings’ MLB $10K Deep Moonshot fantasy contest, which gets underway tonight at 7:05 p.m. Eastern.
