Hits. Hits. And more hits.
Get ready for some hits in the U.S. Championship of the 2015 Little League World Series. Red Land Little League, the quasi-home team out of Pennsylvania, comes into the title game batting a collective .423 and while Pearland West is hitting just .270, the Texas squad connected a pair of home runs on Thursday to earn a spot in the title game.
Keep in mind though, that these two squads are fairly familiar with each other. After all, Pennsylvania defeated Texas 3-0 on Wednesday. Adam Cramer recorded 13 strikeouts for Red Land in the 3-0 victory and the team also boasts a home town advantage. The LLWS announced that grandstand seats for the U.S. Championship sold out on Friday – before Texas had even earned a spot in the game.
