West Ham United finished 12th in the English Premier League in 2014-2015, but only won one match from April 2015 to the end of the season. The London side won impressively against Liverpool, Manchester City, and Swansea in the first half of the season, but could not keep their momentum into 2015. West Ham lost Stewart Downing in the transfer market to Middlesbrough, but added Dimitri Payet from Marseille, Angelo Ogbonna from Juventus, and young talent Pedro Obiang from Sampdoria.

West Ham has tough road matchups with Liverpool and Arsenal in August, but also host minnows Leiceister City, Bournemouth, Newcastle, and Norwich at home in the first two months of the season. The Hammers have a tougher road to end the season, as they face six top of the table teams in their last 10 games.
