Even before Opening Day, all 32 NFL teams are dealing with injuries. Some teams have it worse than others, but everyone has a player hurting even before the season gets underway. Some may play this week; others will be sidelined until fully capable. To keep track of all the updates before kickoff, we’ve set up this helpful page to keep track of the announcements all Sunday.

For fantasy purposes, it’s best to bench any player graded “Questionable” or worse. Even if that player manages to take the field, the risk of a dud performance isn’t worth keeping him in your lineup. If you’re on the fence, it’s always better to go with a healthy option.

When looking at injuries, consider how the players will matchup on the field. Linebackers and linemen on both sides will factor in the running game. A team missing a corner may be weak against the pass that week, and a safety injury would be a boost for either a deep-threat receiver or athletic tight end. Take advantage of every piece of information, and give yourself the best chance to win this season.
