It may seem difficult to imagine things getting any worse for the San Francisco 49ers (1-2) right now, but a matchup against the Green Bay Packers (3-0) will certainly test that theory.

After an encouraging Week 1 performance, the ‘Niners have been outscored 90-25 against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Arizona Cardinals the past two weeks. The secondary has done its best impression of a colander, giving up an NFL-worst 10.0 yards per pass attempt, and in Week 3, Colin Kaepernick nearly completed as many passes to the Cardinals (four) as his own teammates (nine).

Aaron Rodgers, the best QB in the NFL, has looked the part this season, completing 73.6 percent of his passes for 771 yards, 10 touchdowns and zero interceptions. He figures to easily carve up this soft secondary, which means the 49ers will have turn to Kaepernick to keep up. That’s the recipe for another blowout.

Oddsmakers peg this as the most lopsided matchup of Week 4, favoring the Pack by 8.5 points, even though they’re on the road. Here’s a look at all the betting information, courtesy of OddsShark.com.
