Floyd Mayweather (48-0, 26 KOs) defends his WBC and WBA welterweight world titles, his undefeated record, and his legacy tonight when he fights hard-hitting Andre Berto at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
The bout will be televised live by Showtime Pay-Per-View starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
On Wednesday, the boxers and their respective camps held the final press conference ahead of tonight’s encounter, and despite Berto (30-3, 23 KOs) coming into the contest a 16-to-1 underdog, the 32-year-old Winter Haven, Florida native was confident and ready for the fight of his life.
“This camp has been intense,” Berto said at the press conference. “It has definitely taken me up to levels that I’ve never achieved. We’ve left no stone unturned, I’ve busted my ass for the last couple months.”
