Browns vs. Ravens: Odds, Point Spread, Over-Under

Week four was pretty heartbreaking for the Cleveland Browns.

Despite a standout performance by quarterback Josh McCown, who threw for 356 yards and two touchdowns, the Browns defense jumped offsides on the final play of the game, giving the San Diego Chargers a second chance at a game-winning field goal attempt. Although the first kick sailed wide right, the Chargers didn’t let their do-over go to waste as the second attempt split the uprights and handed Cleveland a 30-27 loss.

The Baltimore Ravens also staged their own late-game dramatics last week, notching their first victory of the season with an overtime win against the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road.

Now, the Ravens are nothing short of confident in an AFC North that is nothing short of chaotic. Add into the mix that Baltimore is 7-0 against the Cleveland Browns at M&T Bank Stadium, where Sunday afternoon’s game will be, and the Ravens are already thinking about inching closer to .500.

The divisional matchup, a must-win game for both squads, is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. Read on for everything you need to know about the game’s betting information, per OddsShark:

What To Watch For

Steve Smith, Baltimore Ravens, NFL

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith has been officially ruled out of the team’s game against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon in what is a big-time loss for the squad.

The Ravens are fresh off their first victory of the season, a dramatic, come-from-behind overtime victory over their divisional rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers and Smith’s injury is a hit to an offense that has just started to find its footing.

According to Baltimore coach John Harbaugh, Smith has “some small microfractures in his back” after taking a hit from Lawrence Timmons last week. Although there’s no time table for Smith’s return, the Ravens hope it’s sooner rather than later. After all, Smith seems to be the only consistent offensive playmaker for the team; leading Baltimore with 29 catches for 373 yards and two touchdowns.

The Ravens are seriously lacking healthy receivers. The only available wideouts are now Kamar Aiken, Marlon Brown, Darren Waller and Chris Givens, who was traded from St. Louis on Saturday. In other words, get ready to watch Baltimore try and run.
