Lamar Odom has reportedly overdosed on drugs, according to a report by E! News on Wednesday.

A source inside Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where Odom was transported after being found unconscious on Tuesday afternoon, told the network that “drugs were found in his system” and that doctors are treating the system as an “overdose.” Odom is still reportedly unconscious an don a ventilator but is still alive.

The local sheriff’s office released 911 calls (listen to them here) from the Love Ranch employees. In the calls, the employees say that Odom used cocaine on Saturday, and had taken 10 tabs of sexual performance enhancing drugs over the three-day period.

The former Los Angeles Lakers standout and ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian also suffered from a “loss of oxygen but also possible stroke.” The source added:

So, likely there’s brain damage, but they’re not sure how much. Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system.

According to TMZ Odom had cocaine in his system and track marks on his arm. The gossip site added that doctors have told those close to Lamar that the fluid found in his lungs was the result of crack cocaine use.

Sources at the Love Ranch where Odom was staying previously said he was taking an herbal substitute for Viagra but no other drugs were found. Dennis Hof, the Ranch owner, told TMZ he “can’t swear Lamar wasn’t doing drugs in his room.”

Odom allegedly suffered an ischemic stroke, which, according to the American Stroke Association, is caused by a blood clot preventing blood flow to the brain. This type of stroke is often associated with a cocaine overdose, as well as other drugs. Ischemic strokes account for about 87 percent of all cases.

TMZ reported that a hospital MRI revealed that Odom had suffered multiple strokes and on 3-5 hour dialysis for kidney failure.

Although doctors are treating Odom’s case as an overdose, E! News is reporting that it does not appear to be a suicide attempt. Instead, an insider claims that it was an accident overdose sustained after Odom had been “partying since Friday.”

E! News also suggested that Odom is not brain dead despite suffering brain damage.

Odom has been in the hospital since he was discovered unconscious at 3:30 at the Bunny Love Ranch on Tuesday. The Kardashian family is reportedly at his side in the hospital and photos of Kris Jenner outside of Sunrise Hospital emerged early on Wednesday morning. A source told E! news that Odom’s ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian is “completely inconsolable and heartbroken.”

Kendall Jenner was the first member of the Kardashain-Jenner family to break their silence on Odom’s condition, tweeting out her support:

Speculation has run rampant that Sunday night’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians drove Odom to drugs. The latest episode of the popular E! show featured the drug-related death of his childhood friend and showed Khloe Kardashian speaking on the phone with Odom several times.

“I am really on high alert for Lamar,” Khloe said on the show. “Because anything can cause him to spiral and that’s kind of the last thing I want for him.” You can watch the clip of Khloe’s phone call with Lamar here:
