Notre Dame will unveil a non-traditional alternate uniform combination against Boston College at Fenway Park. The Irish will be decked out in all green jerseys and pants, a subtle nod to the “Green Monster” at Fenway.
The most surprising move is the non-traditional version of their gold helmet. The helmet features the fighting leprechaun. It also features a two-tone facemask that is blue and green.
The game is part of what Notre Dame is calling their “Shamrock Series” where they play home games away from South Bend.
