It was all Ohio State, all game long. The Buckeyes came away with a 42-13 victory over the Wolverines in the Big Ten rivalry game.

Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott’s complaints about not receiving the ball were heard. Elliott had 30 carries for 214 yards and two touchdowns. The Michigan defense was unable to stop the playmaking abilities of Ohio State and the Wolverines offense sputtered all game long.

Ohio State can only make the Big Ten championship with a Michigan State loss to Penn State.

J.T. Barrett Scored First for the Buckeyes

Ezekiel Elliott scampered for a 66-yard run and the Buckeyes scored the first touchdown of the game. Barrett scored on a short quarterback keeper play.


Ezekiel Elliott Found the Endzone

Ohio State had no problem getting Elliott the ball this week. He scored the touchdown off a short read-option play. The score made it 14-3 Buckeyes late in the second quarter.


Jake Rudock Threw a Touchdown Pass for the Wolverines

It looked like Michigan was going to trail 14-3 at halftime, but Rudock threw a short touchdown pass right before the end of the second quarter. It cut Ohio State’s lead down to 14-10.


The Buckeyes Opened the Third Quarter With a Touchdown

At the beginning of the third quarter, J.T. Barrett threw this 25-yard touchdown pass. It gave the Buckeyes a 21-10 lead to start the second half.


Barrett Scored Again on a Nice Touchdown Run

Barrett showed his shiftiness on this touchdown run. The touchdown gave Ohio State a 28-13 lead. The Buckeyes were score again shortly to put the game out of reach at 35-13.
