Table leaders Manchester City return from the two-week international break to face a surging Liverpool side.
While this is Jurgen Klopp’s first visit to the Etihad as an EPL manager, City has struggled with his tactics in the past. Klopp’s men earned four points in two matches against City during 2013 Champion’s League play, when Klopp was the man in charge at Borussia Dortmund.
If all goes to plan, both teams will see the return of dynamic strikers to the lineup. When we last saw Segio Aguero, he was carving Newcastle for five goals. The Argentinian hasn’t appeared in nine straight matches.
Daniel Sturridge hasn’t played for Liverpool since Jurgen Klopp was appointed as manager midway through October, but has a chance to dress on Saturday. Sturridge was injuried in a training-ground collision with Jordan Ibe, and hasn’t appeared for Liverpool since October 4th.
