Nyquist will start out from the three position as he looks to win the second race in the Triple Crown. He is coming off an impressive win in the Kentucky Derby and has won eight straight races.
Exaggerator will get his chance at redemption coming out of post five. The horse was edged out by Nyquist at Churchill Downs and has lost to him every time they have raced.
Newcomer Stradivari will start from post 11. The Preakness features a much smaller field of horses than the Kentucky Derby. There are 11 horses in the field at Baltimore while there were 20 horses participating in the big race at Churchill Downs.
