UFC 199Weigh-In

Date: Friday, June 3, 2016

Time: 7 p.m. ET. All UFC 196 fighters will weigh-in, with Dominick Cruz and Urijah going second to last, and Luck Rockhold and Michael Bisping going last

TV Channel: Fox Sports 2

Live Stream: You can watch the complete weigh-in at the top of this page or on YouTube

Preview: There will be new rules implemented for this weigh-in.

In order to prevent dehydration, the UFC is allowing fighters to officially hit the scales earlier than usual. The live event will still take place at 4 p.m. local time, but fighters have the option to weigh-in between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at a local hotel. After they’ve hit weight, they can then begin to re-hydrate.

Fighters who weigh-in early will still show up at the live event. They’ll still have their weight announced by Joe Rogan and will still face off with their opponent. They just might look a little bigger.

Another rule in place allows on-site physicians to check fighters for dehydration, and if the doctors deem it necessary, they can even pull fighters from the card. That would only be for extreme cases, though, and it’s unlikely it happens.
