UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor has insulted the entire WWE roster, and they are now beginning to respond.

On Friday, McGregor said in a UFC conference call that he has no interest in professional wrestling.

“For the most part, those WWE guys are pussies, to be honest,” McGregor said. “They’re messed up pussies, if you ask me.”

After being criticized for his remarks, McGregor doubled down on Twitter, saying he would “slap the head off” the WWE superstars.

Now, WWE employees are beginning to respond to McGregor’s comments, including Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Chris Jericho, and more.

According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, many WWE performers are legitimately angry about what McGregor said, and this is not a work.

“It’s not a work,” Meltzer said. “I suppose Vince may try to turn it into a work like he did with Dwayne a few years ago. A lot of wrestlers are legit pissed. Conor is a guy who thinks he’s really smart, and he is, who got exposed a few months ago and I don’t mean as a fighter, but as a manipulator when he f’d up his own UFC 200 main event. He’s doing this for attention to build up his fight, and thinking he can work it into his own wrestling angle.”
