Game Preview: Clemson begins conference play tonight in an ACC showdown with Georgia Tech. The Tigers enter the contest as nearly double-digit favorites against the Yellow Jackets.
Georgia Tech consistently causes fits for opposing defenses with their unique triple-option. Clemson has not looked like the team that played in the title game a season ago, but the Tigers are coming off a convincing 59-0 win over South Carolina State.
Like Clemson, Georgia Tech is 3-0 with wins over Boston College and Vanderbilt. Clemson will provide a much more difficult test for Georgia Tech, but the Yellow Jackets also pose a threat for the Tigers who had to prepare for the option attack on a short week.
