Friday brings a nine-game schedule from which to choose for those looking for some daily fantasy NBA action, and there's plenty of star power. The Golden State Warriors, fresh off of a blowout win over Oklahoma City Thursday night, visit the Los Angeles Lakers in what should be a high-scoring game. While new Lakers head coach Luke Walton has plenty of knowledge of the Warriors' system given his time as an assistant, he's got two issues.
One, the Lakers haven't been good defensively
as they rank 26th in the NBA in points allowed per game (110.8 ppg) and 24th in defensive rating (109.4). The other problem: their young talent doesn't match up all that well with the Warriors' established stars. Those factors combine to make this a good night to have a Kevin Durant ($9,900), Stephen Curry ($8,800) or Draymond Green ($8,500). There can even be value found in Klay Thompson ($5,900), who managed to knock down a couple shots in the second half of Thursday's game that could help him regain some confidence after a slow start.
Here are some picks for Friday's FanDuel games, staying within the parameter of a nine-player roster and a $60,000 salary cap. (Getty)
