After just four weeks of Champions League group play, a handful of teams have already clinched their place in the next round. On Tuesday Arsenal, Bayern, PSG, and Atletico all won their way into the Knockout Stage, but all four needed late goals to do so. The most entertaining was Arsenal, who went down 0-2 to Ludogorets only to tie the score at halftime and come away 3-2 victors.

The most surprising win of the week was in Manchester, where City got their first-ever win over Barcelona in six attempts. It was a class performance from City, who beat Barca 3-1 aided by a superb free kick from Kevin De Bruyne. Barcelona are still ahead of City by two points in Group C, and neither team have clinched the next round over Celtic and Monchengladbach.

Wednesday gave us a shock result, as Legia Warsaw took their first Champions League points off defending champions Real Madrid. The Spaniards squandered a 2-0 lead and even trailed 3-2 late in the second half, before Mateo Kovacic rifled in the tying goal. Leicester City lost points for their first time in Champions League history, playing a goalless draw with Copenhagen after three straight victories.
