A relatively quiet week in the NFL means few options on the fantasy football waiver wire, but there are still some intriguing potential pick-ups, whether they are short-term options for owners in desperate need of wins, or bench stashes who could help once the fantasy playoffs roll around. Let's get right into the top players to add--available in at least 50 percent of Yahoo leagues--for Week 10:
Steve Smith, WR, Baltimore Ravens

Before suffering an ankle injury in Week 5 that kept him out for two-and-a-half games, Smith was averaging 9.25 targets, 6.0 receptions and 70.25 yards with a touchdown through the first four weeks of the season. He returned in Week 9 and immediately resumed being a significant part of the offense, tallying seven targets, four receptions and 47 yards.
