Edwards, the runner-up in the 2011 Chase, joins Kyle Busch in the Championship 4 to give team owner Joe Gibbs two drivers with a shot to win the title. Edwards won 3 times in 2016 and added 9 top 5 finishes. Edwards has enjoyed lots of success at Miami, winning twice finishing in the top 5 on five other occasions in 9 career races.
