The Dallas Cowboys take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football. According to OddsShark, the Cowboys enter the matchup as a seven point favorite.

The over-under is set at 46.5 points. Dallas is looking to bounce back after suffering their second loss of the season against the Giants. Tampa Bay comes into the prime time matchup on a five-game win streak.

Both teams have performed well against the Vegas odds. The Cowboys are 9-3-1 against the spread this season while the Bucs are 8-5.

The OddsShark computer likes the Cowboys chances of bouncing back against the Bucs. The computer projects a 31.1-16.5 Dallas victory. The computer is taking the Cowboys to cover the spread and the over on the point total.

There is reason to think the Bucs can hang around in the game. Tampa Bay is as hot as any team in the league with wins over teams like the Seahawks and Chiefs. Tampa Bay has great balance with the way their defense is playing combined with their offensive weapons including wide receiver Mike Evans.

The matchup features two strong defensive units and the Cowboys like to control the time of possession. The point total has gone under in seven of the last ten games for the Cowboys and is a strong play in this matchup. Heavy likes the Cowboys to come away with the win, but expect a close contest.

Heavy’s Pick: Cowboys 23 Bucs 20. Bucs +7. Under on the Point Total.
