UFC 206 undoubtedly took a hit when it lost the rematch between Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson, but there’s still plenty of intriguing action set up for Toronto.
Leading the way on that front is an interim featherweight title bout between Max Holloway, a winner of nine straight fights, and Anthony Pettis, a former UFC lightweight champion who looked good in his featherweight debut in August (Holloway can win the title but Pettis can’t because he missed weight).
That’s just the tip of the iceberg, and with several other compelling fights scattered throughout the card, it should be an entertaining event.
