Brandon Marshall is changing teams, but he won’t be changing stadiums.

Marshall is leaving Gang Green for Big Blue, after Adam Schefter reports that Marshall has agreed to a two-year deal with the New York Giants.

Marshall is changing teams again, but that’s hardly been an issue for the veteran receiver. Marshall is the only player in NFL history to record four 1,000 yard receiving yards for four different teams.

Marshall had reported mutual interest with the Patriots, but those appeared to just be rumors. Marshall will join a talented Giants receiving corps, and will replace Victor Cruz as the veteran of the group.

From a fantasy standpoint, this is a huge upgrade for Marshall’s stock. With Eli Manning at quarterback, this is arguably the best offense Marshall has ever played with. Manning threw for over 4,000 yards last year, and the Giants cruised into the playoffs before losing at Green Bay. Despite their successes, the Giants could have used Marshall. They were in the bottom half of the league in pass yards per game and points per game, averaging just 19.4 points per regular season game.

If you have Marshall in a keeper league, it’s now time to consider holding onto him for next year. Marshall’s disappointing 2016 season may have owners hesitant to pick him up, but if he stays healthy, he should be a lock for a productive season in 2017.
