Outlook: NFL Network's Mike Silver reported that Garrett to the Browns with the top pick is almost a sure thing. Silver noted that talent evaluators believe there is a sizable gap between Garrett and the rest of the draft class. The bigger question appears to be what the Browns plan to do at quarterback. Cleveland could look to address this need with the 12th pick but there are a number of teams with picks in between that are also in need of a quarterback. As it stands now, we think the Browns will look to gamble on one of the quarterbacks being there for them at 12. The Combine will be the first big test in the pre-draft process for Deshaun Watson, DeShone Kizer and Mitch Trubisky to begin separating themselves from the pack. The Cleveland Plain Dealer had a bit of a different take reporting the Browns are "strongly considering" taking Trubisky with the first pick. Let the games begin. (Getty)
