UFC 211 has a little bit of everything.
It has multiple title fights. Stipe Miocic, who is looking for his second title defense in a row, will take on Junior dos Santos, the only man to beat him in the last four years. And in the co-main event, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, one of the most entertaining and dominant individuals in the sport, will look to run her UFC record to 7-0 when she makes her fifth title defense in a bout against Jessica Andrade.
It has depth throughout the card. The entire main card is stacked, but Eddie Alvarez vs. Dust1in Poirier being on the preliminary card is probably the best evidence of the overall depth.
It has an exciting young prospect in Yair Rodriguez, a 24-year-old talent who is six-for-six in his UFC career and will now get his biggest test against UFC legend Frankie Edgar, who isn’t far removed from an interim featherweight title fight.
