What NFL Preseason Football Games Are on TV Today, August 11?

There are a narrow pool of football games on today’s NFL slate with just three contests on the August 11 schedule. The good news is NFL Network will broadcast two of the three games.

The Pittsburgh Steelers take on the New York Giants on NFL Network at 7 p.m.. At 9 p.m. Eastern, NFL Network will begin broadcasting the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs matchup. The Cincinnati Bengals take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 7:30 p.m. Eastern, but the game will only be broadcast in the surrounding local areas.

Those living in the greater Pittsburgh and New York City areas could experience a blackout of the NFL Network broadcast. If you are experiencing a blackout, you will need to tune into your local broadcast of the game.

The following is a list of the local Steelers affiliates: WTAJ-TV Altoona, WFXP-TV Erie, WHP-TV Harrisburg, KDKA-TV Pittsburgh, WOLF-TV Scranton, WQCW-TV Charleston, WCMH-TV Columbus (Ohio), WTOV-TV Steubenville (Ohio), WKBN-TV Youngstown (Ohio), WYDC-TV Elmira (New York), KTBY-TV Anchorage (Alaska), KJUD-TV Juneau (Alaska) and KFVE-TV Honolulu (Hawaii).

The Bengals-Bucs game will be broadcast on local television in the greater Cincinnati and Tampa Bay areas. The following is a list of local Buccaneers TV affiliates: Pensacola/Mobile (Local 15), Tallahassee (Fox 49), Orlando (WOFL), Tampa Bay (WFLA/ Great 38) and Ft Myers/Naples (Fox 4).

In the Cincinnati area, the game will be broadcast on CBS-WKRC 12. The following is a list of the Bengals local TV affiliates broadcasting the game: Cincinnati (WKRC-12), Dayton (WKEF-22), Columbus (WSYX-6), Lima (WLIO-8.2), Lexington (WDKY-56), Louisville (WDRB-41).
