CISPA Sponsor Rep. Mike Rogers Tweets Using Anti-CISPA Hashtag

Congressman Mike Rogers is one of the biggest advocates in the never-ending debate over cyber-security legislation and CISPA in particular. After CISPA, which stands for Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, was killed last year in Congress, Rogers brought back the CISPA bill, apparently with the support of the Obama administration, according to The Hill.

However, earlier today, Rogers accidentally sent out a tweet with the hashtag #CIPSAalert, which actually supports the Electronic Frontier Foundation’s efforts to fight CISPA.
