Watch: Second ‘Jobs’ Trailer Is an ‘American Legend’ Story

Ready to be inspired? The second teaser for Jobs has arrived giving the Apple founder an “American Legend” treatment. Emphasizing the uncanny resemblance to the computer kingpin, the story follows the entire journey of his career. Big moments from the video include the creation of the first MAC as well as his tumultuous departure from the firm he built. The question of fairness and accuracy is questionable but Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is not a fan already.

Directed by Joshua Michael Stern, the picture has had a rocky road on the way to a wide release. Audiences first saw it during this year’s Sundance Film Festival in which mixed reviews dominated its time there. Open Road Films, the distribution label, settled on an April release before pushing it off to a late summer premiere in August. Since this month is when films languish in the aftermath of the blockbuster onslaught, it should perform well with little competition.

Jobs opens August 16.
