You can start a video call with friends and family members by using Opera 20, a WebRTC-compatible browser. Simply go to sites such as appear.in, get an address for your video call, and you will be ready to chat from your Android device. The latest update also includes improvements to search feature, support for HTML5 Vibration API, improved download manager and stability improvements.
