If you love aliens, action, and first-person shooters, the frenetic sci-fi carnage of Call of Dead: Duty Trigger 14 will get your heart pumping. Boasting an environment that’s not unlike Starship Troopers, this violent game has some scary enemies peppered throughout the atmospheric setting of a ruined city. There’s also an undead element here as well, with “zombie arachnids” being a featured enemy in the game.

If you like your action games to have a bit of retro-flair, the oddly-named VVVVVV offers action platformer gaming that wouldn’t look out of place in an 80s arcade. A hit when it first launched back in 2010, this game is now available on Android for the first time. Version 1.0 of the Android port of this game launched on June 11.

In Space Pirates: Final Battle, you play as the fearless captain of your own spaceship. Your goal is quite simple: build up your ship and lead your crew to battle hordes of other space pirates. This action/simulation game stands out because of its nice graphics and addictive gameplay. The must recent update dealt with the annoying bugs related to losing upgrades.
