Twitter users expressed their outrage Thursday night after the most recent episode of Big Brother Canada seemed to include one contestant cheating to win a challenge.
Emmett Blois, a dairy farmer from Nova Scotia, won a challenge that required contestants to race around a yard collecting plastic balls of “pollen” from fake flowers while dressed as bumblebees.
Contestants were asked to carry the pollen balls in pouches attached to their knees, but dozens of viewers took to Twitter to complain that Blois appeared to hold one or two of the balls in his hand.
As winner of the challenge, Blois was entitled to nominate rivals for eviction and spend a week in a private suite in the house.

In response to the online anger, producers of the reality show are investigating the incident and reviewing footage from the challenge.
Show host Arisa Cox said a verdict would likely come down on Friday, but viewers won’t know what it is until Sunday’s episode.
We take this stuff really, really seriously because the game only works if you do take everything seriously. It’s fun, it’s entertainment, but for the people in the house it’s their reality and we have to respect that. So we are reviewing all of the evidence and if appropriate steps need to be taken they will be taken.
Here’s a sample of some of the most irate Twitter responses to Thursday night’s episode.
