Celebrity Apprentice just got real.

La Toya Jackson is being sued by Omarosa for making shocking and hurtful comments about her late fiance on Celebrity Apprentice after being fired by Donald Trump Sunday night, reports Radar Online. Both contestants have been attacking each other throughout the show, but Jackson was the one that crossed the line, blaming Omarosa for the death of her fiance, Michael Clarke Duncan.

“Omarosa’s fiance passed away not long ago,” Jackson said. “He had a heart attack–I’m sure she gave it to him.” After being fired by Trump, Jackson continued her verbal attack. “She’s a conniving, scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Duncan Clarke… and I thought Mr. Trump was falling for that fake cry. Such a lie!”

Ouch.

Duncan, the actor known for his breakout role as John Coffey in The Green Mile, died of a massive heart attack last fall. Tensions heated up between the contestants when in the middle of a rehearsal for a task led by Jackson, Omarosa left because she found out that a television show was going to release the 911 calls of when Duncan had the heart attack. Jackson viewed the absence as sabotage.

Omarosa was not pleased with Jackson’s brutal comments.

“I will take you down,” Omarosa said to Jackson. “I will take you down if you disrespect me. I am not your staff, get that straight. Next time, you fix your mouth!”

Now, Omarosa is suing Jackson for the “false, vicious and defamatory” comments about if she doesn’t publicly apologize.

“She is going to have to come out publicly and she’s going to have to retract those statements, or I am going to go after her with a vengeance,” Omarosa said.
