E.R. actress Parminder Nagra and ex-husband James Stenson’s divorce has finally been settled. Stenson and Nagra were married for three years before Nagra filed against her now ex-husband and the ordeal got pretty nasty. So, let’s hear a little about James Stenson and who got what in this dirty mess.
1. James Stenson Is a Big-Time Photographer

Stenson is both a photographer and filmmaker for commercial, fashion, and artistic projects. He’s shot for Elle, GQ, Cosmopolitan, FHM, The Times, Entertainment Weekly, TV Guide, Variety, and Hello Magazine. He’s also worked for many esteemed TV networks and retail companies.

According to TMZ, last summer, Stenson filed a lawsuit against his former E.R. star ex-wife.
James Stenson just filed a lawsuit against Nagra — claiming they were “life partners” for 6 years before they were formally married in 2009 … and during that period, they promised to share their combined wealth.
Stenson also claimed that his gave up his $300,000 yearly paycheck as a shutterbug photographer to manage their life in Los Angeles … Does any of this sound a little strange to anyone? He futher claimed his now ex-wife created a shell corporation to hide her earnings.
3. Parminder Nagra Was Victorious Over Stenson

Apparently, the judge didn’t feel Stenson’s claims were very valid. So, what does she get? TMZ reports:
ALL her income, residuals and royalties from her acting gigs including “E.R” — which, of course, brings in beaucoup syndication dollars.
She also gets their $700,000 California home, their $1.5 million UK home, and profits from the sale of a rental home in addition to 3 out of their 4 cars.
4. James Stenson Gets Custody?

Apparently, Stenson will receive $1,226 a month in child support for their 4-year-old son Kai. It’s unclear whether Stenson has obtained full custody of Kai.
5. Child Support Isn’t the Only Thing Stenson Gets

So, James gets $450,000 in profits from the sale of their joint rental home, his photography business, and a Mazda CX9. It looks like Parminder has prevailed in this one.
