According to Businessweek, the annoucement has already been delayed twice over the course of the last 2-3 years, but, this time it’s for real.

The store just started taking orders today. And, the source claims there are some perks: most shipping throughout the month of August will be free. But, after that — as reported by The Verge, the store is creating a $5.95 flat rate for all shipping… That includes returns.
