According to Radar Online, Lohan was supposedly overheard dishing all about Christina Arno Williams to her friends while at club Boujis in Kensington, London over the weekend. The witness states:

Apparently, Williams and Lohan met in China at the Shanghai Fashion Awards. Since their meeting, they’ve allegedly been glued to each other’s hips.
