Grey’s Anatomy returns tonight and people are chomping at the bits to find out what’s going to happen in the premiere as well as the rest of the season. In turn, we’ve put together all the spoilers that have been released thus far as well as some of the promos. Enjoy!
– TV Guide reports that Meredith and Cristina’s friendship is bag on track this season.
They’re in a really nice holding place and getting back to the love, humor, comfort and friendship,” Sandra Oh tells me. The twisted sisters will celebrate their renewed lovefest with a night of drinking — but it’s what Cristina does after said night that’s interesting.
– Derek may have another child “somewhere.”
Based on TV Line spoilers, Wet Paint speculated that this child is most likely to be his love child from some unheard of and secret affair. Derek has only been married once before that is with Addison with whom he never had any children.
– E! News has some major information to spill writing:
“When the show returns it picks up right where episode 12 left off so Alex and Jo find out that obviously his dad is in extremely bad shape and she is trying to be a supportive girlfriend ad there for him and she’s also trying to be a supportive friend to Stephanie who has been publicly humiliated,” Camilla Luddington previews. Oh, and she’s dealing with Alex’s surprise proposal, which leads to an explosive fight we shared exclusively with you. But will Alex and Jo be able to weather the storm? “It causes for some drama that could definitely erupt their relationship,” Luddington teases of the proposal fiasco.
– The International Business times gives some inside info on “Calzona” stating:
Calzona decides. Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) will face their situation head-on in Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 13, titled “Take It Back.” The spoiler photos suggest the two will have a spontaneous serious talk just right outside where April Kepner (Sarah Drew) and Matthew Taylor (Justin Bruening) are supposed to wed. This wedding, however, is not likely to push through.
– Jolex apparently cancels their engagement. Jo Wilson confronts Alex Karev and the International Business Times reports:
It seems James Remar’s Jimmy Evans will not make it through the next 2014 episode. And Jo says Alex talking family plans and forever after is only part of his “grieving” process. Wilson adds she’s not ready for a married life.
– The IB Times also reports that Merder breaks a promise in the premiere episode 12.
In Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 12, Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) gets a call from the POTUS. The president wants Derek to spearhead a very important research. But he’s already told Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) that it’s her time to shine in her field. He’s supposed to be the understanding husband who’d render more “parenting” time. A promise is broken, but Mer doesn’t know it yet.
In addition:
Grey’s Anatomy Season 10, Episode 13 will present Kepner’s decision on Jackson Avery’s (Jesse Williams) I-love-you explosive at her wedding. Japril shippers are convinced Kepner will decide to be with Avery.
– The Epoch Times has some info on episode 13 stating:
We know that Meredith is upset with Derek, and that Alex attacks Shane, likely over the treatment of Alex’s dad, and possibly related to Cristina being with Shane.

The Epoch Times also reports that:
Later this season, Derek is working with patients in a BMI office, possibly a Brain Mapping Institute. He operates on a risky patient who has a crush on him, and also sees another who has a pair of kitchen shears sticking out of his head … Also later in the season, in one of the spring episodes, Stephanie and Jo discover a baby in a box by the dumpsters in the back of the hospital. “And so we find this dumpster baby, which, of course, is very difficult for Jo because she has abandonment issues. And she is not on the case, and she really wants to be working on it.
– The BMI office might be the new possibly permanent set that involves a major plot point, and affects Derek and Meredith.
