Jessica Vogel - Vogel is originally from Spring Lake, New Jersey and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, though she took some time off after graduation. The school's website quotes her explaining why she took time off: I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do but I knew I loved working in restaurants and cooking. About a year later, Vogel entered into a hospitality program at the College at Florham and loved it. As far as Hell's Kitchen goes, Vogel's strategy is to be respectful of Chef Gordon Ramsay, to listen, learn, and to not let anyone get the best of her.
