‘Real Housewives’ Star Apollo Nida Pleads Guilty to Fraud

Real Housewives of Atlanta husband Apollo Nida has plead guilty to charges of wire, mail and bank fraud. His sentencing hearing is set for July 8, 2014. While Nida and wife Phaedra Parks seemed to lead viewers to believe they were innocent when they were questioned about the ordeal during the RHOA reunion, it is clear that this is not the case.

Radio TV writes that Nida faces up to 30 years in prison and “a fine of up to $1 million on top of restitution for an estimated $2.3 million he allegedly defrauded various individuals, financial institutions and government agencies.” As for his co-conspirator:

Nida’s co-conspirator Gayla St. Julien, who said Nida ran the show and helped turn him in after she was arrested in September, 2013, received a sentence of 61 months last month.
