Lionel Richie is performing at the BET Awards tonight for a very special occasion. Celebrating his decades as a legendary music artist, Richie is the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. The BET Awards website writes:

Stars like John Legend are coming out to pay homage to Richie with performances of Richie hits like “Brick House.”
