What is the fate of Fashion Police? The show has been paying homage to the late legend Joan Rivers, showing her best moments on the show, but there’s no telling if the show will continue without Joan. Giuliana Rancic talked to ABC News about the fate of the show:

They are looking at different scenarios. A lot of that will be up to [Melissa] and how she’s feeling and how she decides what she wants to do, along with the execs here at E! There is no word now — they are seeing what Fashion Police looks like without Joan … A part of me is like Joan would want Melissa and us and the team to go on and I know she would, but it’s just a matter of can there be a show without Joan? Do we want to do a Fashion Police without Joan? I don’t know.

While we can’t imagine Fashion Police without Joan, it’s sad to think that there may never be another Fashion Police. Have no fear, though. Melissa Rivers assures audiences that the show will resume in January, while it takes “a pause” from filming to mourn Joan’s death.

Tonight, the show will be airing a special called Fashion Police: Celebrating Joan and daughter Melissa will appear with some words about her mother, along with the cast. Here’s a clip from the special tribute episode below:

And, of course, Joan’s beloved daughter had her own special words to say about her mother. Have a look at that clip below:
