Supermodel Karlie Kloss seems to do it all.
At only 22, she is the face of a world famous cosmetic brand, has an accomplished boyfriend, and is friends with a famous pop star.
And in her spare time, she creates cookies for charity!
Here’s what you need to know about the rising star.
1. She’s the New Face of Loreal
Proud of her newest accomplishment, Kloss posted this video on Instagram after earning the coveted role of being the face of Loreal.
She has been practicing for this gig since she was a child, rehearsing the brand’s slogan over and over again.
“I have waited my whole life to say, ‘Because I’m worth it.’…When I was six years old, I remember, I was like, ‘Because you’re worth it.’ I would say it with my sisters,” she said.
Watch the interview below, where she explains her first gig at 14 and always being “the tall one” in ballet class.
2. Fitness Is Important to Her
A self-proclaimed fitness junkie, the supermodel works hard to look good.
She dished to Style about her workout regime:
I try to work out consistently four to five days every week. I’m constantly on the move with travel and work, so my routine tends to vary from week to week. I think the most important part of working out and living a healthy lifestyle is incorporating movement naturally into your everyday life—walking around the city, taking your bike to the store, or using the stairs instead of the escalator.
When the interviewer asked her how she keeps her famous legs in shape, she replied, “… because my legs are so long, it’s really important that my strength training and Pilates workouts are also lengthening. After any weight training, I follow up with stretching to maintain length and flexibility.”
3. She’s Friends with Taylor
Kloss is known to gush about her bestie, and told Us Weekly, “She’s true to who she is. She’s such a special girl. I feel really lucky that we connected and our paths crossed. She’s just a special girl.”
They met at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2013, sharing the runway. In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Kloss said, “That was really the first time I got a chance to meet her…I really got the chance to know her…She’s two years older than me.”
4. She Makes Cookies for Charity
She collaborated with Momofuku Milk Bar to create a healthy cookie that is also philanthropic.
The treats are wheat and dairy-free and a portion of the proceeds from their sale go to children through the FEED foundation, that works to fight hunger.
Each tin of 6 cookies provides 30 meals to New Yorkers who are hungry.
The health conscious model told People that she eats her cookies before embarking on a workout.
“Before a workout I love a cookie! I go for one of my cookies for some energy. It’s surprising, there’s a lot of protein in the cookie because of the almonds that go into it. After a good workout, I love a good shake with almond milk and banana,” she said.

5. Her Boyfriend Went to Harvard
Her boyfriend Joshua Kushner studied at Harvard for both his undergraduate and business degrees. The entrepreneur started Thrive Capital in 2010 with $10 million.
Crain’s included him in their “40 Under Forty” issue.
Kloss herself visited the elite campus in October and posted the picture below on Instagram with the caption, “I had the privilege to sit in on a @HarvardHBS class today and learn from the legendary @AnitaElberse & #TroyCarter @atomfactory.”
