4. Daryl and Carol Almost Died When They Fell Inside of a Car Over a Bridge
The show returned with a flashback sequence that showed Carol burning the two infected people back at the prison. Back in the current day, Daryl and Carol managed to come upon the Jeep they spotted from before. They headed into the car to find supplies, but a massive group of zombies started their way towards them. Back outside the Jeep, they had to fend off the horde in front of them. Unfortunately, they both got stuck inside the car while the zombies banged against the back window. The zombies began pushing the car over the bridge. It took a huge spill (zombies began piling up on top of the Jeep). Luckily, both Daryl and Carol made it out of the car unscathed but they were still quite shaken up.
5. Daryl and Carol Found Noah
Daryl and Carol got near a building to relax after their scary ordeal. It turns out Carol injured her arm on the way down. They entered into another building and soon laid eyes on the hospital building Beth is trapped in. Carol and Daryl entered into another conversation about how much they have both changed from before. Carol reminisced about her time before and after their her ordeal in the prison. Another noise from outside could be heard. Daryl and Carol went to search for whatever was making that noise. They found a zombie with the same type of arrow used within Daryl’s crossbow. They entered into a hallway and found Noah fighting with a zombie. Daryl tackled Noah and took back their weapons. Daryl slammed a bookcase on Noah while a zombie looked to get at him through a nearby door. Daryl looked to leave him there, while Carol instead decided to spare his life.
6. Carol Was Captured by the Hospital Cops
Another flashback scene was shown – Carol walking through the forest with zombie blood all over her (she used it to walk through the undead horde back during the prison war). Carol and Daryl lifted the bookcase off of Noah. Noah told them about Beth and the hospital. They grouped together to get away from the car they spotted outside. The car suddenly ran down Carol. Noah kept Daryl from retrieving her as he told them that they would take care of her. Noah and Daryl had to continue on without her. Daryl and Noah made their way past some more zombies and stole a huge truck. The show ended with both men leaving the city.
