Jennifer Lopez will be heading to Las Vegas in January of 2016. The diva confirmed on Tuesday (May 12th) on American Idol that she’ll be headlining at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
“[It’s] just the idea of creating the show I always wanted to create,” she told Us Weekly. “A tour is a different animal and to be in the one place doing a show that I’ve always imagined creating as this moment in my life-I’m very excited about it.”
She continued, “It’s going to be everything the fans have come to know me for onstage. I’ll have dancers, hip-hop, it’s going to be a high-energy type of show that anybody can come and see, the fans and everybody else.”

1.The Pre-sale Tickets Starts Before the General Public Tickets go on Sale
The pre-sale begins Wednesday before opening up for the general public on Saturday (May 16).
2.Fans will be Able to buy Tickets for the First 20 Shows

On May 16, fans will be able to get tickets for the first 20 performers at the resort’s Axis Theatre, in Las Vegas. Lopez plans to start planning her show next month. The prices range from $59-$219. Click here for more information on the tickets.
3.Jennifer Lopez Sold-Out New Year’s Eve 2015 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas
The Diva’s show will kick off on January 20 at the Axis Theatre at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, according to Time. Lopez tested the waters when she a sold-out New Year’s Eve 2015 show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, which she told USA Today that it “made me feel more comfortable with the idea of doing something there permanently.”

The 45-year-old singer is excited to kick off her Las Vegas residency next year and she’s definitely planning to enjoy herself in Sin City. “It’s the best restaurants, a lot of shopping. You can get in trouble over there,” she joked with USA Today. “I get into clean kind of trouble. I’m not a gambler, and I’m not into the nightlife as much, but I have plans to enjoy myself.”

Lopez will be getting paid $350,000 per show at the Axis Theatre at Planet Hollywood, according to TMZ. The site also reported back in January, that the singer will be doing 72 shows, 3 times a week for 24 weeks over a one or two year period. Basically, she will make $26,383,326.
